How do you configure the .htaccess file for Search Engine Cloaker?

We are going to put two pieces of code in the .htaccess file.  The first is the code to enable .htaccess cloaking.  To do this, click on the Help Tab within your Search Engine Cloaker Management Console.  Scroll down to where it says "Advanced Techniques:  .htaccess cloaking" and you should see some code that begins with "options all".  Copy all the highlighted code that you see there and then paste it into your .htaccess file.
